The affairs, business and property of the Company are being managed by the Joint Administrators, who act as agents of the Company and without personal liability.

 

Timothy Townley and Danny Dartnaill of BDO LLP, Thames Tower, Level 12, Station Road, Reading, RG1 1LX were appointed Joint Administrators of the Company on 17 February 2025. The business and assets of the Company are now managed by the Joint Administrators. The Joint Administrators act as agents of the Company and contract without personal liability.
